Formerly known as Scarborough & Benchmark Estates, VBE specialise in commercial and mixed use property development and investment in South East England. VBE is a joint venture between VALAD Property Group and Benchmark Realty Ltd.

The two companies have worked together successfully for over 10 years on a range of commercial projects with end values ranging from £1-11m and totalling £34m.

Based in central Kent, VBE's operations are run 'hands on' by Managing Director John Hawkins FRICS and benefit from the combination of extensive regional knowledge and contacts of Benchmark Realty with the resource and status of VALAD as one of the largest global property funds management, investment, development and property investment banking groups.
